Refund policy
At DashDrummer, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we sell and want you to love your experience. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- Item is unused and in its original condition
- Item is in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is included
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items marked as Final Sale at time of purchase
- Gift cards
3. HOW TO START A RETURN
- Step 1: Email us at getlumira@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Step 2: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
- Step 3: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Step 4: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
4. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Credit will be applied to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at getlumira@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.
6. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service — DashDrummer is not responsible for lost return packages
- If your return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label
